What is the Red Day® Accreditation Programme?...
This is the process by which we recruit and train our Red Day® Coaching Partners.
You will be taken through a process designed to develop the skills and experience you need to successfully run a Red Day® business.
The accreditation focuses on developing competency and experience in 3 main areas:
- Marketing (attracting clients)
- Delivering Red Day® Education and Support (supporting and keeping clients)
- Systems (The backend administration of running a Red Day® business)
What training do RDC provide during accreditation?...
Training is actually the entire focus of the accreditation process. Specifically, your training is as follows:
- Initial 5-day training programme at the beginning of your accreditation period (keep in mind, you would already have attended a 2 day ‘test-drive’)
- The ongoing training you receive by attending and being a part of the events run by other coaches.
- Ongoing phone/fax/email/video conference/face to face support from HQ.
- 90-day planning sessions run here on the Sunshine Coast for all coaches nationally
